Span Philosophy
The philosophy of Span Architects is simply to be at the forefront of commercial architecture. Of course the term "commercial" covers a multitude of challenges but architecture presents challenges that only experience can solve efficiently and effectively.
In short it means being able to deliver effective solutions to complex and sophisticated problems quickly and clearly. To do this means living and breathing the commercial city environment with its host of unique architectural, commercial, demographic and investment problems, at the same time, all the time.
For a CEO this can also mean: "absolute maximum efficiency out of floors so that the net useable space at the end of the day is proportionately higher ... we are obsessive, more so than any other architectural firm I know of. We’ll keep on trying to push some more out until we’ve absolutely optimised and maximised the net useable space."
